What is the Petz Web Fun Pack?

The Petz Web Fun Pack is a resource pack that was packaged with Petz 4. It's full of graphics (buttons, animations, etc) for you to use on your Petz-themed website. It was created around 2001. I have always found it to be charming so I decided to host it here online and make it available for download. Please feel free to use any of the graphics found therein for your own purposes.
